A review of disaster reliefs at the beginning of new China
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
新中国成立初期,不少地区曾发生了严重的自然灾害,针对这种情况,中国共产党和人民政府领导灾区群众开展了轰轰烈烈的生产救灾运动,保障了灾区群众的生活,使灾区群众顺利渡过了灾荒,取得了生产救灾工作的巨大成绩。在生产救灾过程中,中国共产党和人民政府就相关困难和问题提出了不少具体的解决办法,形成了宝贵的救灾经验,对今天的生产救灾工作具有切实的指导和借鉴意义。
Abstract：
New China sees many severe natural disasters soon after foundation.Under the leadership of the Communist Party and governments,people carry out immense campaigns of aid in the disaster areas which sustains the lives of people and helps to tide over the famine.The Communist Party and the governments make a series of special solutions and have achieved valuable experiences.
