摘要/Abstract
摘要：
计算机软件作为一种新形式的技术成果,具有作品形式和产品内涵,其产权保护问题已经成为了当代知识产权保护的重要内容之一。围绕计算机软件这一特殊的知识产权客体,目前有几种重要的知识产权保护的方式,即著作权法、专利法和商业秘密法等对计算机软件的保护。但这几种保护方法都无法完整合理地保护软件权利人的权利。
Abstract：
As a technical product,computer softwares are of property form and implication the protection of which has become a heated issue in the modern intellectual property right law.Effective are protective bills of works,patent,and commercial privacy,which are inefficient in protection of benefit of the owners of computer softwares.
