Ba Jin's modernity discourse and its adjustment

摘要：
20世纪中国知识分子的现代性言说寄寓了这一群体的现代民族国家想象,但是他们以历史理性为根基的各式现代性方案却受到激进革命的无情否定。巴金对现代性的设计热情贯穿了一生,二三十年他主张以无政府暴力革命的方式解决中国问题;文革后则由历史理性转而强调常识理性,提出以民族理性的建构补激进革命之失,希望重建民族的非意识形态化道德理念,重建民族的伦理想象力。
Abstract：
Modernity discourse is based on historical rationalism of Chinese intellectuals in the 20th century is negated by radical revolutions.Ba Jin pursues designing modernity project throughout his life.He regards the violent revolution as the way to solve Chinese problem in 1920s and 1930s.After the Great Cultural Revolution,he changes from historical rationalism to general rationalism,insisting on reconstructing national rational mode of thinking and non-ideological ethics to remedy defects of the radical revolution.
