On Zhang Shuo and change of political conceptions during Kaiyuan ruling

摘要：
“大手笔”主要表现为发布王言与润色王道两种类型,张说的“大手笔”属于后者。在润色王道的过程中,张说以“大手笔”为开元王朝树立了光明、正义的政治形象,提供了自觉、理性的进取动力与高远、超俗的政治理想,并以精巧的构思向朝廷、时代展示了这种政治理想在当下实现的可能,并促使其在开元王朝得以实践,从而在事实上完成了开元王朝政治理念从功利层次向王道层次的提升,为盛唐气象的形成奠定了精神基础。
Abstract：
The great fame of Zhang Shuo features in embellishment of kingcraft.Owing to the embellishment,Tang dynasty becomes the most powerful and best kingdom with the political images of openness and justice,and political ideals of conscientiousness and rationality.All this helps the kingdom to rise from uitility to kingcraft,thus forming a spiritual basis for the full growth of Tang dynasty.
