Evaluation on the degree of harmony in human resource structure and economic development in Hebei province
摘要/Abstract
人才结构与经济社会发展存在相互影响、相互促进的作用,在人才资源的开发利用上,质量重于数量,结构高于质量。通过分析河北省人才在产业、行业、区域、单位、门类、能级和职业等方面的分布状况,得到河北省人才结构与经济社会发展协调度的总体评价:人才结构与经济社会发展的协调度有待进一步优化,在先进制造业领域,服务业领域,新农村建设方面应重点开发和补充,以适应新时期经济社会发展对人才的需求。
Human resource structure and economic development are interrelated and mutually influenced.Quality overweighs quantity,and structure overweighs quality in the devleopment of human resources.By analysing the human distribution in industries,vocations,regions,units,sorts,levels of titles and employments,the research concludes that a general harmoney is displayed in Hebei province.Yet,more needs to be developed in advanced manufacturing,service,and new country construction to adapt human resources to the demand of the new economy.
