Socialist collective system as the cornerstone of the Chinese socialism in the rural construction
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
建设社会主义新农村,制度建设是关键。社会主义新农村建设必须坚持社会主义公有制,只有这样,才能确立农民在社会主义新农村的主体地位,并以此为基础形成新型社会主义合作制。新型合作制的特点就在于:它承认个体农民对生产资料的所有权以及劳动力所有权,在此基础上充分尊重和保障其利益和要求,从而调动广大农民的劳动积极性,最终实现社会主义新农村建设的宏伟蓝图。
Abstract：
Construction of social system is a key to the new rural construction,which should be built upon the socialist state ownership.Farmers act as masters in the rural construction of the socialist collective system.The paper further discusses its features whereby the farmers achieve proper respect and their rights protection.
