Conflict and dialogue on filial piety by Confucianism and Catholicism——An exploration on the True Meaning of the Lord of Heaven
摘要/Abstract
明末,围绕“不孝有三,无后为大”一语而展开的争论,使儒家和天主教孝论的区别得以凸显。为调和儒家和天主教关于“孝”的观念,利玛窦附会儒家文化,用儒家的“孝”来比附人与上帝的关系。在这一比附中,人与神之间的无限距离这一神学维度隐匿不见。儒耶孝论的冲突中,另外一个问题得以凸显,那就是天主教重视个体救赎与儒家重视维系血缘亲情之间的冲突。尽管争论中存在诸多冲突与误解,但在解释学看来,不可否认这是一场真正意义上的对话。
In late Ming dynasty,a debate goes on three ways for being unfilial,and the worst for not producing off-spring between Confucianism and Catholicism.In order to conciliate the discrepancy,Matteo Ricci simulates Confucianism and compares the Confucian filial piety to relationship between human and God.In this simulation,infinity disappears between God and man.Catholicism attaches importance to individual salvation while Confucianism blood ties.So it is a dialogue for true meaning according to hermeneutics.
