The correlativity research on the full employment and overall development

摘要：
马克思主义关于人的全面发展理论包括人的需要的全面发展、能力的全面发展、个性的全面发展和社会关系的全面发展。充分就业与人的全面发展之间存在着相关性,可以从多方面促进人的全面发展。在当前背景下,探索实现充分就业的有效途径,以充分就业促进人的全面发展,对和谐社会构建具有重要意义。
Abstract：
Marxist theory of the overall development of humans includes the need and ability of all-round development,in addition to individual and social demands for all-round development.There is a correlativity between full employment and overall development.Under the current circumstances,the study is an important approach for the harmonious society.
