A tentative study of the financial crisis and shocks on economic growth mode
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
金融危机使负债增长模式受到质疑；金融危机使利用需求管理政策促进经济增长的倾向面临挑战；金融危机使基于资产价格膨胀与信用扩张循环的非理性扩张行为受到诟病,一旦资产泡沫破裂便打破循环并诱使信用紧缩、金融危机与经济衰退；金融危机使房地产等资产的价格“硬着陆”,造成了经济周期的内生化和不对称性。
Abstract：
The financial crisis arouses suspicions of the indebtness growth mode,challenges of stimulus policy,and criticisms upon irrational expansions of the wealth based on cycles of asset appreciation and credit expansion.As asset bubbles crack,the cycles are split and economic recession happens.Meanwhile,real estate comes across a hard landing,and business endogenouslization and asymmetry occurs.
