摘要/Abstract
摘要：
随着网络技术的快速发展以及网民数量的迅猛增长,"网络水军"问题正引起人们越来越多的关注。"网络水军"在网上的"翻云覆雨",埋葬了真实的民意,破坏了商业竞争中的诚信原则,愚弄了网民的同情心,引发了网络信任危机甚至是国家的文化和道德危机。对"网络水军"的有效引导和治理,需要政府、行业以及广大网民等社会各界的共同努力,只有多管齐下才能促进网络世界的健康发展。
Abstract：
Internet ghostwriters（wangluoshuijun）or the internet water army grow more serious a problem for their denouncing power.They fool the genuine opinions of the netizens,and sabotage the sincerity principles,thus causing a crisis of trust on the internet,and national cultural or moral crisis.A joint effort of governments,websites and net surfers is called for the management of the healthy internet
