Restrictions of the Sino-Russian relations

摘要：
中俄关系是当前国际关系中最重要的双边关系之一。双方未来是保持合作还是会走向对立,对于两国社会经济的稳定增长和综合国力的增强、人民生活水平的提高以及世界局势的稳定,都具有重大的历史意义和现实意义。然而,中俄关系仍存在着一些难以回避的复杂问题,尤其是面临着几大制约因素。这些因素主要包括历史文化因素、转轨和发展的不确定性、美国因素等。探讨中俄关系发展中的这些不利因素,有助于发现、控制、弱化以至消除阻力,推动中俄战略协作伙伴关系的健康发展。
Abstract：
The Sino-Russian relation is one of the most important bilateral relations.Mutual cooperation or confrontation will lead to extremely different consequences for either nation.The paper reveals the complicatures and confrontations that restrict the relation in historical culture,transformation and development.Countermeasures are discussed to ease the confrontations and to promote the Sino-Russian strategic development.
