The True Story of Ah Q in the appraisal context

摘要：
称谓语选择不仅能体现交际双方的身份地位、亲疏远近,交际场合的正式或随便,还能反映讲话者对听话者的情感和态度。鲁迅先生的作品《阿Q正传》以其幽默夸张而著称,而称谓语的巧妙使用突出了这一特点。从功能语言学评价理论视角,分析小说是如何通过描述称谓选择,特指通称,形象指称和人物换称等特点来刻画阿Q这个具有巨大典型意义的人物形象的。
Abstract：
The address term can reflect social identity and relationships between interlocutors,in terms of formality,emotion and attitudes of speakers towards hearers.The True Story of Ah Q by Lu Xun is famous for humor and exaggeration,while the appropriate use of address terms makes this feature more salient.From the perspective of functional linguistics,especially appraisal theory,the paper discusses analytical patterns of the typical character Ah Q.
