Reflections on the home caring of Chinese senior citizens
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
随着中国进入老龄社会,养老问题显得日益突出和紧迫。要解决好中国的养老问题,必须在养老模式上弃旧从新。居家养老作为一种新的养老模式已在一些地方试点,但还难以普及和深化。要建立居家养老新模式,需明确社区养老服务定位,转变养老观念;国家在养老问题上应实现角色转换,加大政府主导力度,树立政府责任观念。
Abstract：
Ageing has become a serious issue as China is in the ageing phase.The mode of caring for the old is expected to change.New way of home caring is advocated but hard to popularize,which requires communal services,and new conceptions of governmental responsibilities.
