A construction model of incorrupt government
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
为了有效促进廉政建设,可建立基于可调节随机审查规则的廉政建设管理模型,以预防为主,将被审查的部门分为腐败现象高发、中发、低发部门,相应地设计三种随机选取审查对象方案,即正常随机选取方案、加严随机选取方案和放宽随机选取方案。依此来解决我国目前廉政建设制度之不足。
Abstract：
The writer argues for a coordination-based management model for the construction of an incorrupt government,with prevention as priority and corruptions divided into high,mid high,and low levels.Countermeasures are taken to the randomly designated subjects for inspection.
