On the modern international relationships and inner logic
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
当代国际关系千变万化,形势复杂,在经济、政治、文化、军事、安全等领域均呈现新的特点。从当代国际关系的不同领域分析:经济领域的全球化、区域一体化;政治领域的多极化、民主化和相互依存趋势加强;文化领域的多元化和新国际主义精神;军事和安全领域的新安全观和新技术战争等,总体来看,和平与发展已是时代的主题。但是在各个领域依然存在矛盾:东西南北问题、霸权主义、强权政治、部落主义、安全困境等,国际关系微妙。
Abstract：
International relationships are greatly changeable,with economy,politics,culture,and security all taking new features.This paper attempts to explore the economic globalization,political and cultural multilateralization,democratic co-existence,and new concept of security.Peace and development is the main theme,despite contradictions in every aspect,such as regional disputes,hegemony,jinglism,tribalism,and security dilemmas.Inner logic is analyzed.
