摘要：
社会转型对执政党的制度整合提出了更高的要求。执政党要通过不断加强党的制度建设和社会冲突调适机制建设,坚持科学执政、民主执政、依法执政,着力构建法理型执政模式。
Abstract：
Social transformation requires an integration of the systems of the administrative party through continued construction of the system and coordinating mechanisms.Scientific outlook,democracy and rule by law serve as a new model,by which rule by law is the conceptual core.
