A historical review of the US covert psychological war during the cold war
摘要/Abstract
冷战初期,杜鲁门政府将隐蔽心理战视为遏制苏联共产主义扩张的重要手段之一,先后出台了NSC4/A、NSC10/2、NSC59/1、NSC10/5等文件,确立了国家对外隐蔽心理战略的基本框架。艾森豪威尔执政后,又出台了NSC5412/1和NSC5412/2号系列文件,扩大了国家对外隐蔽心理战略的范围,强调了对外隐蔽心理战在实现国家对外政策目标中的重要性,从而进一步完善了国家对外隐蔽心理战略。由近年解密的美国政府文件材料可管窥冷战初期美国对外隐蔽心理战略的形成与发展,考察美国对外隐蔽心理战实施过程和效果,揭示美国对外隐蔽心理战的阴险性和破坏性。
At the beginning of the cold war,Truman Administration regards the covert psychological war as a strategy to contain Soviet communism.The enaction of NSC4-A,NSC10/2,NSC43/1,NSC59/1,and NSC10/5 forms the initial form.When Eisenhower takes office in the White House,he enacts NSC5412/1 and NSC5412/2 documents to expand the US covert psychological strategy.This paper intends to probe into the development of the US covert psychological strategy and the implementation in order to disclose consipracy and evil of this strategy.
