摘要:

就业质量是反映整个就业活动中劳动者与生产资料结合并取得报酬或收入的具体状况之优劣程度的综合性范畴。就业质量与劳动关系和"体面劳动"既相互区别又密切联系。就业实践的需要、社会进步的要求、劳动力"商品"和劳动力市场主体行为的特殊性为就业质量概念的提出提供了依据。就业质量研究有助于丰富和完善劳动经济学就业理论体系,为政府、用人单位和劳动者准确判断就业形势和科学决策提供理论依据。

Abstract:

Employment quality is a comprehensive category of entire employment,whereby the success of the laborers is valued in relation to resources of production and rewards or incomes.Employment quality,labor relations and decent work enjoy both similarities and differences.The need for employment,social development,and labor market provide with the concept of employment quality.The study is considered helpful to enrich and improve the employment theory,and provide with theoretical basis to make decisions for government,employers,and labor force.
