Protection of the right of irregular laborers
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
让广大劳动者实现体面劳动是尊重和保障人权的重要内容。非正规就业人员是社会弱势群体,也是共享体面劳动的重要主体,对他们劳动权益的保护是一个国际性话题。从体面劳动的视域透视我国非正规就业人员的劳动权益保护问题,发现其中存在诸多缺失。我们要在体面劳动理念的指导下,结合中国国情及非正规就业人员特点,确立保护他们劳动权益的基本原则,建立一个由中国共产党领导下的整合政府、工会、用人单位各负其责,加强沟通的保护非正规就业人员的保护机制,提高非正规就业者素质,以更好地保证非正规就业人员的劳动权益,推进中国体面劳动的发展。
Abstract：
Irregular laborers are considered as vulnerable groups the protection of whom is an international topic.It is claimed that deficiency exists in the protection of the irregular laborers in China,and therefore,a proper pretective mechanism should be established with CPC-centered integration of government,trade unions and employers for the sake of decency of the irregular laborers.
