A strategic study of the cultural industry in Hebei province
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
在全球经济进入知识经济这一特殊背景下,以文化和创意为核心的文化创意产业迅猛发展,已经成为衡量一个国家或城市综合竞争力水平高低的重要标志。河北省有着发展文化创意产业的优势资源,充分发挥政府主导作用,大力发展文化创意产业对于提升我省区域产业发展水平,优化产业结构具有重要作用。
Abstract：
Cultural industry has rapidly developed in the globalized contexts as a symbole of competiveness of a city or a nation.Hebei is rich in the cultural resources and creative advantages.The paper argues for more govenmental support,upgrading of the cultural production,and optimization of the industrial structures.
