A retrospect of the reseaches on danwei(unit)
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
单位研究一般采取这样两种研究路径:第一种是将单位作为一种结构性要素,强调单位对个人行动的控制作用;第二种是从建构主义的视角去重新审视单位成员在单位体制的约束下,采用各种策略表达自己的利益诉求的行为逻辑及产生的“意外后果”。通过对“单位”研究的回顾,能够发现“单位”研究还有继续深入挖掘的必要性与可能性。
Abstract：
In general,there are two ways employed to research on danwei.One way takes danwei as a structional factor,stressing on its control of individual action.The other one reexamines the members of danwei by constructuralism and the restriction of the system,who express their interests in varied ways for unexpected outcomes.
