On the imbalance of regional economic growth efficiency in China
摘要/Abstract
全面审视投入-产出过程中区域经济增长的非均衡性,须对产出增长中的要素投入贡献和技术进步贡献作出识别,以明确区域经济增长的效率差异。在测算1978年以来我国省际全要素生产率(TFP)的基础上,综合运用差异测度方法和泰尔指数分解方法分析了区域技术进步和资本积累的效率差异,以揭示区域经济增长效率的非均衡性。分析表明,初始改革对地区生产效率的激励是非均衡的,地区间差异对全要素生产率的非均衡性贡献度较大。
Based on the estimation of China's provincial total factor productivity（TFP）,the paper analyzes the difference of regional technical progress and efficiency of capital accumulation by means of difference measurement and Terran index decomposition.The purpose is to reveal the imbalance of regional economic growth efficiency.It is discovered that the production efficiency is of imbalance at the beginning of Chinese reform,and regional difference makes more contributions to imbalance of total factor productivity.
