保定商会成立于1907年,在建立和发展的过程中,逐渐形成了如下特点:集“官、军、商”为一体;培育了富有地域特色的专业性市场;同天津商会独立、合作与依附并存的关系。
Abstract：
Baoding chamber of commerce is established in 1907.The features are:joining officials, military and buisness celebrities;making special regional markets;and maintaining independent,cooperative and co-existing relations with the Tianjin chamber of commerce.
