Emptiness of the unreal from Mādhyāmika
摘要/Abstract
本体是一切存在的终极本质,因而一切学术都有其与之相应的本体观念。佛教的主旨在于究竟诸法实相,这个实相就是一个本体。就中观学派而言,探究无自性“空”义正是阐述其本体实相的重要渠道,其中《不真空论》当属最引人入胜的一部论著,因此有诸多历代注疏据此争相辨析中观“空”义。《不真空论》成书于魏晋南北朝时代,作者僧肇由“有、无”讨论宇宙存在物其存在与否的本体论议题。因为“不真空”具有中观的双层涵义:“本体实相—性空”及“假有”,因此由“缘起无自性”及“真俗二谛”两个视角最能独到解读论本中“空”义的终极本体实相。僧肇是中国佛教第一位较全面、较有系统阐扬印度大乘中观学派的学者,他为佛教发展史树立解空的里程碑。
Whereas substance is the ultimate essence of existence,ontology exists in all sciences.The core of Mādhyamika school of Buddhism is the Dharmata.The emptiness of the unreal is published in Wei, Jin,Southern and Northern dynasties.The author,a monk of Sēngzhào discusses substance from the viewpoint of existence,in addition to the implication of ontic emptiness in nature and provisional existence on Mādhyāmika.This paper elaborates the ultimate reality of sūnyatāfrom the viewpoint of dependent origination and ultimate truth.Monk Sēngzhào is the first Chinese to systematize the theory of Mādhyamika as a milestone of devleopment of ultimate reality of sūnyatā。
