The credit crisis of the Chinese charity organizations
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
公信力是慈善组织的生命,慈善组织的公信力是一个国家慈善事业发育程度的重要指标。近来"郭美美事件"、"中非希望工程事件"、"尚德诈捐门"等一系列慈善业乱象,导致慈善组织公信力陷入危机,对中国慈善事业造成了致命伤害。究其原因在于"官办"慈善组织缺乏有效监管、"民办"慈善组织缺乏合法地位、慈善法律规范性不强、信息不透明等问题的存在。对于慈善组织本身来讲,挽回公信力的关键在于增强道德使命感、提高制度规范性和自律性以及促进慈善组织专业化发展。
Abstract：
The credibility is an important index of a national charity organization for its development. However,the recent Guo Meimei scandal,China-Africa hope project scandal and Suntech scandal all lead to a chaos or crisis that severely harms the charity organizations.The official organizations lack monitoring, while private ones the legal status.Laws or norms are not enforced with transparency.Countermeasures are put forward.
