On the mode of Chinese modern agricultural industrial system
摘要/Abstract
构建现代农业产业体系是建设我国现代农业的重要体现,它以农业产业的体系化为基础,以农业产业的现代化为本质,以技术创新性、产业高端性、生产设施性、功能多元性、调控高效性和可持续发展性等为特征。中国现代农业产业体系的构建要求积极探索成熟的发展模式,包括市场需求整合型、出口创汇牵引型、主导产业带动型和创意理念驱动型等模式。现代农业产业体系成熟模式的形成要求大力推进农业产业体系的结构协调,逐步提高农业产业体系的技术支持水平,不断探索农业产业体系的组织创新形式,努力实现农业产业体系的合理布局。
It is fairly important to construct a model of the modern agricultural industrial system in China, which should be based on a system integrating modernization, technical creativity, functional diversity, sustainable development and effective coordination of agricultural industry. A proper mode of Chinese agricultural industry needs orientations of market, export, and creativity. Likewise, the writer argues for the promotion of structural coordination, advanced technology and optimal layout of the Chinese agricultural industrial system.
