An eco-critical approach to the values of the labor theory by Marx ---Paul Burkett and his understandings of the historical materialism
摘要/Abstract
生态批评家们普遍认为,马克思的劳动价值论是与自然对立的,进而指责历史唯物主义缺乏内在的生态维度。柏克特认为上述看法的问题在于:不了解自然在历史唯物主义中的位置,也没有抓住使用价值、价值、交换价值这些核心概念之间的区别和联系。而这些问题背后的深刻根源则是,生态批评家们没有领会历史唯物主义对待自然的方法之根本特点。柏克特由此出发对马克思“劳动价值论”的生态批判意蕴之揭示,彰显了历史唯物主义内含的“生态批判”思想的原则高度。
Ecological critics generally consider Marx's labor theory of values as contradictory with nature, and accuse the historical materialism of lacking ecological thought. Burkett argues that they are unaware of the nature in historical materialism, nor of the differences between the uses, values and exchanges, i.e., the fundamental characteristics of the methodology of historical materialism towards nature. Therefore, the paper explicates Burkett's profound ecological criticisms of the values of the labor theory by Marx.
