An overview of the inter-industry technology spillovers
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
通过对产业间技术溢出的国内外文献的分析和总结,发现在该项研究上还存在不足之处,首先对产业间技术溢出的本质需要进一步探讨;其次,由于技术溢出具有不可直接度量性,所以在对技术溢出的度量过程中很难进行准确计算;再次,对产业部门间的技术溢出效应测度的方法已基本趋于稳定,主要方法有技术流矩阵方法、技术距离方法和改进的生产函数方法等。
Abstract：
It is meaningful to measure the inter-industry technology spillovers, analyze the industrial relationship, build a modern industrial system and manage regional innovative system.This paper reviews the researches of the past for the sake of those that follow.
