A reinterpretation of the military reforms by Charles Martel
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
我们以往所持查理·马特军事改革的传统观点已遭到西方学界较多批判,查理·马特是否曾大规模掠夺过教会财产,是否曾发展了骑兵军队等问题,需要我们重新认识。尽管查理.马特并没有颁布过改革令,但其对教会财产的掠夺并发展骑兵的史实基本可信。
Abstract：
The classical theory about Charles Martel's military reforms meets with a heavy criticism in the west.Hence it is necessary to reinterpret the plundering and cavalry by Charles Martel.Although Charles Martel never proclaims any decree to reform his army,it is believable that he robs churches and promotes his army of cavalry.
