摘要/Abstract
生成式人工智能受到政治、资本、技术、文化背景等影响，蕴含着强烈的政治倾向、价值导向、信息霸权潜能及文化渗透能力，深刻影响着网络主流意识形态话语权的主体、内容、传播和规制。当前，生成式人工智能话语主体双向化影响着网络主流意识形态话语权的权力运行，话语内容多元化影响着网络主流意识形态话语权的价值坚守，话语形式多样化影响着网络主流意识形态话语权的表达方式，话语输出扁平化影响着网络主流意识形态话语权的传播路径。新征程上，需要高扬价值引领，筑牢网络主流意识形态话语权的主导根基；拓展内容生产，提升网络主流意识形态话语权的构建能力；加大算法创新，增强网络主流意识形态话语权的技术基座；推进良法善治，净化网络主流意识形态话语权的发展环境。
Shaped by political,economic,technological,and cultural contexts,generative artificialintelligence embodies distinct political inclinations,value orientations,potentials for information hegemony,and capacities for cultural permeation,profoundly impacting the subject,content,dissemination,andregulation of mainstream online ideological discourse.Currently,the bidirectional nature of discourse subjectsin generative AI affects the power dynamics of mainstream online ideological discourse;the diversification ofdiscourse content challenges the adherence to its core values;the variety of discourse forms influences itsmodes of expression;and the flattened output of discourse alters its communication pathways.In the new era,it is essential to uphold value-driven guidance to solidify the foundational dominance of mainstream onlineideological discourse,expand content production to enhance its construction capabilities,intensify algorithmicinnovation to strengthen its technological underpinnings,and advance sound governance through effectivelegislation to purify its developmental environment.
