自贸区设立对产业链韧性的影响—基于新质生产力视角

The Impact of Free Trade Zone Establishment on Industrial Chain Resilience:A Perspective of New Quality Productive Forces
摘要/Abstract
在当前全球经济不确定性增强、贸易保护主义抬头的背景下，提升产业链韧性已成为我国推动经济高质量发展的重要课题。基于新质生产力视角，首先，从理论层面构建了“自贸区设立—新质生产力—产业链韧性”的影响机制与假设框架；其次，采用多期双重差分法(DID),基于2011—2021年中国282个地级市的面板数据开展实证研究，系统考察了自贸区政策对区域产业链韧性的作用机制与实施效果。实证结果显示，自贸区政策有效提升了区域产业链抗风险能力与结构调整弹性。这一正向关系在新质生产力水平较高的地区表现得更为显著,表明新质生产力具有重要的赋能作用。异质性分析显示，地理区位以及经济发展水平均会影响这一关系的强度。
Against the backdrop of rising global economic uncertainty and growing trade protectionism,enhancing industrial chain resilience has become a critical issue for China in promoting high-quality economicdevelopment.From the perspective of new quality productive forces,this study first constructs a theoreticalframework and hypotheses on the influence mechanism of“Free Trade Zone(FTZ)establishment →newquality productive forces→industrial chain resilience."Subsequently,employing a multi-period difference-in-differences(DID)approach and panel data from 282 prefecture-level cities in China between 2011 and 2021,it conducts an empirical investigation to systematically examine the mechanisms and effects of FTZ policies onregional industrial chain resilience.The empirical results indicate that FTZ policies effectively enhance both theerisk resilience and structural adjustment flexibility of regional industrial chains.This positive relationship ismore pronounced in regions with higher levels of new quality productive forces,highlighting the significantenabling role of such forces.Heterogeneity analysis urther reveals that geographic location and level ofeconomic development moderate the strength of this relationship.
