The Chinese approach to modernization is fundamentally people-centered, with the development of wholeprocess people’s democracy as a core requirement. Achieving Chinese modernization necessitates fostering people’s democracy throughout the process, enabling broad and orderly public participation in socialist modernization, and ensuring that the benefits are distributed fairly among all citizens. To advance this goal, it is essential to deepen reforms with a focus on enhancing the people’s democratic system throughout the entire process of modernization. By prioritizing the improvement of this democratic system, we can effectively promote Chinese modernization and create a more equitable society.
