A New Overview of the Basic Socialist Economic System
摘要/Abstract
党的十九届四中全会对社会主义基本经济制度做了新的概括，把按劳分配为主体、多种分配制度并存的分配制度和社会主义市场经济体制上升为基本经济制度，党的二十大报告在此基础上，进一步强调要坚持和完善社会主义基本经济制度，其中把构建高水平社会主义市场经济体制既作为未来五年的重要目标任务，同时也看做是高质量发展这一全面建设社会主义现代化国家的首要任务中的重要内容和举措。对社会主义基本经济制度的概念演变、内在逻辑及其相关问题进行分析，有助于我们厘清制度发展的演变逻辑，更好地理解、坚持社会主义基本经济制度。
The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee made a new overview of the basic socialist economic system, i.e., the distribution system that distribution according to work is the dominant mode and a variety of modes of distribution coexist, and the socialist market economic system. On this basis, Report to the 20th CPC National Congress further emphasized the need to adhere to and improve the basic socialist economic system, in which building a high-level socialist market economic system is regarded as an important goal and task in the next five years, as well as an important content of high-quality development, and the primary task of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way. An analysis of the concept evolution, internal logic and related issues of the basic socialist economic system will help us to clarify the evolution logic of the system and better understand and adhere to the basic socialist economic system.
