The historic initiative, as a distinctive spiritual symbol of the CPC, has rich and profound implications. The CPC is determined to make achievements that shine through the ages. Therefore, it is of great historical and practical significance for it to turn the historic initiative into the young people’ courage to act. It is not only an inevitable requirement for realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation, but also a requirement of the times to promote the strategy of strengthening the nation through human resource development.
