Essentials of Marxist View on Times and Scientific Understanding of the Momentous Changes Unseen in a Century
摘要/Abstract
时代问题是全局性、根本性的问题，是一个国家一个政党最高层次的战略判断。马克思主义时代观是马克思主义理论的重要组成部分，对时代问题的分析和研究是马克思主义认识和分析问题的重要方法之一。今天我们正处在伟大转变的大时代中，世界进入百年未有之大变局。用马克思主义时代观科学认识百年未有之大变局的思想内涵和历史演进趋势，深刻认识世界大变局与中国大发展之间的历史性交汇，对我们在世界大变局之下更好把握中国发展的重要战略机遇期，更好应对中国面临的外部风险和挑战极有意义。
The issue of the times is an overall and fundamental issue. It is the highest level of strategic judgment of a country and a political party. Marxist view on times is an important part of Marxist theory. Looking into the issues of the times is one of the important Marxist methods to understand and analyze issues. We are now in a great era of changes of a scale unseen in a century. A scientific understanding of the historical evolution and implication of the current changes in the world and China’s development therein from the Marxist view of the times is of great significance for us to seize the strategic opportunity for development and cope with the external risks and challenges.
