Revitalization of rural culture is an endogenous driving force and a key support for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization. It is also an obvious choice and necessary measure to solve the problems of spiritual poverty and cultural diaspora arising from the modern transformation of rural society. In the new stage, to revitalize rural culture, it is necessary to keep the set socialist course of cultural development, attach importance to the construction of cultural subjects, and adhere to the overall planning of the system. In keeping with our mission of integrated development of urbanrural culture, we should promote the interaction and resource sharing between urban and rural culture, coordinate the creative transformation and innovative development of the rich resources of local culture, establish a mechanism for coeducation and sharing of personnel between urban and rural areas, promote the equalization of urban and rural public cultural services, improve the institutional mechanism of rural cultural governance, so as to jointly reverse the declining and marginalization of local culture with multidimensional efforts.
