摘要：
新时代高校思想政治教育应以转变理念为先导，在育人方法、发展机制、技术应用等不同层面进行深度变革，这不仅有助于提升思想政治教育的针对性和实效性，更可以在深化教育体制改革中起到示范和统率作用，为中国教育现代化事业和社会治理现代化打下坚实的基础。
Abstract：
In the new era, ideological and political education in colleges and universities should renew ideas first.In-depth reforms should be carried out in education methods, development mechanisms and technology applications, which not only helps to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political education, but also plays an exemplary and commanding role in deepening the reform of education system, laying a solid foundation for China's educational modernization and social governance modernization.
