New Comments on Hongfan wuxing zhuan (The Five Phases Tradition on the Great Plan)
摘要/Abstract
《洪范五行传》是一篇阐释《尚书·洪范》的重要文献。从西汉尚书学的传承来看，其作者应该是夏侯始昌。受到阴阳五行思想的影响，《洪范五行传》把《洪范》的“五行”“五事”“皇极”等与“灾异”结合起来，建构了一套以“六”为标准的阴阳五行系统。其思想体系不但对后来的尚书学产生了重要影响，而且对于诗学、礼学的发展也起到了不可忽视的作用。
Hongfan wuxing zhuan is an important document explaining Hongfan(The Great Plan) in Shangshu (Esteemed Documents). According to the study of Shangshu in the Western Han Dynasty, the author should be Xiahou Shichang (夏侯始昌).Influenced by the philosophy of Yin-Yang and Five Phases, Hongfan wuxing zhuan, combining the Five Phases(wuxing五行),the Five Personal Matters (wushi五事),and Royal Perfection (huangji皇极)of Hongfan with the concept of zaiyi(disasters and anomalies),constructs a system of Yin-Yang and Five Phases with "six" as the standard. Its philosophical system not only has an important influence on the study of Shangshu in the Western Han Dynasty, but also plays an important role in the development of poetics and the study of rite in the Western Han Dynasty.
