Renjue of the early Zhou Dynasty recorded the marriage arrangements between Cao family of Zhu 邾 State and Ying clan of the Eastern Area. Zhu at that time should be located at today's Zoucheng area of Shandong Province. Zhu of Western Zhou Dynasty should be the same Zhu inscribed on the oracle bones of Yin Ruins, which also provides an important reference for the study of the geography of the Eastern Area under Shang and Zhou Dynasties. According to this, it can be further proved that these places seen on the oracle inscriptions include ; , , 舟, , 栎 and are all located around Mount Tai, among which , 栎, 舟 and respectively correspond to the following places in Chunqiu Jingzhuan (the classics of the Spring and Autumn Annals): 禚 (Changqing, Jinan), 乐 (Licheng, Jinan), 舟(at the boundary between Dongping and Pingyin, Shandong) and 御 (at the lower reaches of Wenshui River). The determination of the location of can provide an analytical basis for the origin and historical background of some artifacts from the Zhifangtou Tomb in Baoji, Shaanxi.
