Postmodern morality is the attempt of some western thinkers to rethink the "original ecology" of morality and the possible path of its return based on the profound revolution of postmodern picture, so as to awaken people to "pure understanding" of morality and moral life. It manifests distinctive features in delimiting the reasonable boundary between ethics and morality, highlighting the moral value of personal experience, pursuing the integration of aesthetics and morality, and paying attention to the moral responsibility of "others (strangers)." We don't agree that it treats traditional moral heritage with radical and resolute attitude, rejects moral laws with different moral fragments, and abandons enlightenment moral planning in the name of human liberation. But we can draw on its attention to the practice of public moral life, the local moral narrative and the diversity of moral culture. It provides a new perspective and a new way for people to expand their moral thinking space and construct a harmonious coexistence between mankind and nature, mankind and society, and mankind and others.
