History of Policies for National Trade and National Specialty Commodity in New China
摘要/Abstract
新中国70年，民贸民品政策历经“三起三落”，显示出这项政策具有超越制度、体制和特定政治经济形势变化的内在必然性。民族问题的长期存在，既要求坚持实行民贸民品政策，又要求适应不同时期制度、体制和政治经济形势的变化及时调整政策的内容和形式。
In the 70 years since the founding of PRC, the policies for national trade and national specialty commodity has gone through "three ups and downs," showing that these policies have the inherent necessity of surpassing the changes in system, institution and specific political and economic situations. The long-term existence of ethnic problems requires not only the adherence to the policies for national trade and national specialty commodity, but also the timely adjustment of the content and form of the policies to adapt to changes in the system, institution and political and economic situation in different periods.
