摘要：

程颢以“天人一本”为根据，提出“心即理”“性即气”“性无内外”的心性论，强调“内外两忘”的定心方法，进而作到“学者先识仁，仁者与万物同体”。程颐建立了以理气观为基础的心性情理论，他提出了“性即理”“性为心之体，情为性之动”的心体用论，为朱熹的“心统性情”奠定了理论基础。

Abstract：

Taking "Nature and Man as One," Cheng Hao put forward his Theory of Mind that "Mind is Principle (Li)," "Nature is Ether (Qi)" and "Nature distinguishes no Inner and Outer," which focuses on the heart-soothing method of "forgetting both the inside and outside." Thus "a learner needs first to comprehend benevolence (Ren), the man of benevolence is undifferentially one with all things". Based on his categories of Principle and Ether, Cheng Yi established the Theory of Mind, Temperament and Emotion. He put forward the Theory of Mind, Body and Function, which holds "Nature is Principle," "Nature is Media of Mind, Emotion is Acts of Nature." It laid a theoretical foundation for Zhu Xi's thought, that "both nature and emotion are under the guidance of mind, nature the media and emotion the effect."
