On Chinese legislation of the law of environment
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
目前, 学界关于环境权的内容界定还存在着分歧。一派认为, 环境权的内容界定应呈现扩大之势, 包括生态性权利和经济性权利, 实体性权利和程序性权利等;另一派则认为, 应当给环境权一个清晰的内容, 其界定应呈现缩小趋势。两派的观点各自存在合理之处, 完全否认任何一派的学说都是不明智的做法。
Abstract：
T here are two schools of law concerning the definition of the law of environment. While one school claims that it should encompass more rights in, say, ecology, economics, substances, and procedures, the other school argues that it should target at certain specifics. Now that both are reasonable in certain aspects, the writer proposes a system of laws of env ironment.
