Chen Yun and his understandings of Soviet Russian assistance in Chinese industries

摘要：
在传统社会，儒学不仅是读书人安身立命之本，更是民间人伦教化的思想之源。王阳明在南赣地区任巡抚时，充分利用其心学思想，对乡民进行道德教育。通过推行南赣乡约、十家牌法、社学等具体措施，王阳明在一定程度上实现了多民族聚居地的社会治理。王阳明的乡村教化思想尤其可为我们当今的社会主义新农村建设借鉴使用。从人心入手，通过宣传儒家伦理的基本含义和儒者身体力行的影响来提升人们的道德修养从而改善社会风气，正是当代农村急需补充或加以采纳的一种基层治理思路。
Abstract：
Confucianism is not only the foundation of scholars, but also the source of the folk moral education. When he acts as governor in the south Jiangxi province, Wang Yangming does his best to conduct moral education to the villagers. Through the implementation of the village conventions, rules and community schools, Wang Yangming has achieved a social governance of ethnic settlement. Wang Yangming's folk moral education may as well be used for the present rural governance.
