Development and construction of Xiong'an new area
摘要/Abstract
雄安新区的设立是深入推进京津冀协同发展的重大战略部署，具有重大的战略意义和深远的历史意义。雄安新区在区位、自然资源、开发强度、生态环境等方面具有较好的开发条件。在五大发展理念的引领下，雄安新区开发建设既要明确自身在京津冀区域发展中的功能定位，又要进一步细化城市发展的定位。同时针对城市定位和实际情况，雄安新区需要在城市布局和城市建设方面选择合适的开发模式。此外，为了城市持续、健康、稳定发展，雄安新区开发建设需要积极应对炒房炒地、违规建房等八大风险。
The founding of Xiong'an new area is regarded as a national strategy to push forward the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative development, for Xiong'an new area is advantageous in geography, natural resources, developmental potentiality and ecological environment. Likewise, Xiong'an new area should make clear its own functions and urbanization process, before a detailed mode of development is made that fits its realistic condition. Moreover, the new area should take measures to prevent risks of speculating in real estate and land, illegal building, and ensure a steady, healthy and sustainable development.
