It is found that, through a comparison of global industrial restructuring, the industrial structure of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is better than that of the Yangtze river delta and that of the pearl river delta. The constant optimization of industries in Beijing has taken on post-industrial characteristics. Tianjin follows suit into the post-industrial stage. In addition, the industrial restructuring of Hebei is efficient, though its upgrading is behind the national average. So, Hebei is still amid the industrialization. This paper, therefore, proposes countermeasures to adopt the new concept, follow the principles of industrial restructuring and promote the collaborative development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. The service, productive service industry and manufacturing industry should be joined and enhanced towards the steady transformation.
