Financial support for industrial transformation and upgrading in Hebei province
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
“十三五”时期，河北省将进入“产业转型升级试验区”建设关键期。国内外理论研究和实践经验表明，金融对于产业转型升级具有积极推动作用。河北省金融支持产业转型升级过程中存在的主要问题有以银行为主导的间接金融效率偏低，以资本市场为主导的直接金融发展滞后，金融创新力度不足等。因此应从提高信贷资金使用效率、利用多层次资本市场、加大金融创新力度等方面支持河北省产业转型升级。
Abstract：
The 13th five-year plan period is a critical period of time for Hebei province to construct the experimental districts for industrial transformation and upgrading. The theoretical and empirical researches worldwide show that the finance has a positive effect. This paper discusses the financial support for the industrial transformation in Hebei, and proposes countermeasures in improving the efficiency of credit funds, using the multi-level capital market, and strengthening dynamics of financial innovation.
