Collaborative treatment of air pollution in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
近几年京津冀地区雾霾频发，迫切需要三地政府共同协作治理大气污染。从京津冀大气污染治理政府间协调存在的问题看，应组建京津冀环境空气综合治理委员会、健全京津冀大气污染区域防治的法律制度、构建全方位的保障体系、建立信息共享制度、发挥激励和约束机制、建立生态补偿机制等京津冀大气污染综合治理政府协作路径，为区域大气污染综合治理提供参考。
Abstract：
Smog has recently frequented Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, urging the three metropolises to take collaborative measures to control air pollution. This study suggests that an air treatment board be formed in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, that enforces laws for comprehensive insurance, information sharing, incentive and restrictive measures, ecological compensation and collaborative control of air pollution.
