Nomination of the officials and political changes of the Southern Han dynasty
摘要/Abstract
官员选任是重要的管理制度,不仅事关国家权力分责,而且涉及整个政治集团的兴衰盛败。五代之际,南汉官员选任制度颇具特色。先从南渡士人、中朝使节和岭表旧员中择官,后定科举为国策,架构百官规模,重用文臣,打破武人任刺史的陈规。从南汉官员选任,不仅可以窥探南汉政局的发展变迁,而且能够梳理唐宋之际官员选任制度的变更。
The nomination of officials is an important system of government management, related to the distribution of national power, and life or death of an entire political group. At the turn of the Five dynasties, the nomination of officials of the Southern Han is distinctive. Officials are selected from three groups, namely, scholars that have migrated to the south, envoys and officials of the old group. Later begin the imperial examinations. This article reviews the political changes in the Southern Han and election and nomination of officials at the turn of Tang and Song dynasties.
