摘要：
韩非作为先秦法家的重要代表, 集大成而系统提出以法治政思想。通过反对躬亲、反对仁义、反对亲亲, 将伦理道德从政治领域中厘除出去, 让其回归本分。他建构性提出"无德"的理想君主人格和"无情"的理想政治运行模式。这种对政治与伦理的厘清, 一方面, 使他取得了更纯粹的法治思想, 另一方面, 也使伦理从政治阴影中解脱出来, 获得了独立价值。韩非这种政治领域的反道德意识, 曾在封建社会中被视作一般性的反道德倾向, 并被贴上"非道德主义"标签, 遭人诟病。
Abstract：
Han Fei is a significant philosopher of Qin dynasty who proposes political philosophy with rule of law, and opposes affection or benevolence in political ruling. His political administration is pure through law, and helps separate politics from ethics. Yet his philosophy is labeled as anti-moral politics or anti-moralism in the feudal China.
